PRIVACY
The boundaries around your details
Gemavista LLC explains here how information relates to company correspondence and Gemavista Detail Letters. Questions about these practices can be directed to abdi@gemavistallc.com. The choices described below apply when you provide information or use an available communication service.
Effective date: 2026-09-08
Details you choose to provide
A role inquiry may include your name, email address, role interests, availability and the message you compose. A separate SMS choice may involve your mobile number, consent selections and requests to stop messages or obtain help. Provide information relevant to the question rather than identity documents or payment credentials.
The purpose behind a record
Information supplied through an available communication channel may be used to address questions, consider part-time interests, organize related correspondence and manage messaging preferences. Other uses may include protecting those channels from misuse and meeting applicable obligations. A role inquiry does not by itself give permission for marketing text messages.
A firm boundary for mobile information
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Gemavista LLC does not turn a mobile contact into an audience for another business. A request about part-time work and a voluntary SMS choice remain different decisions, each with its own purpose.
Consent and limited support access
SMS opt-in data and consent are not sold or rented, and are not shared with third parties for their own marketing. Where messaging services are enabled, providers supporting delivery, hosting, security or compliance may process only information necessary for that support, subject to appropriate limits on use and access.
Keeping only relevant details
When a communication service retains information, retention should reflect the purpose of the correspondence, necessary consent or suppression records and applicable obligations. There is no promise to retain every inquiry indefinitely. A deletion request may leave limited information necessary to honor an opt-out, protect security or satisfy an applicable requirement.
Care in handling and access
Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards should suit the information and services involved, including limiting access to people who need it for their responsibilities. No online channel can promise complete security. Avoid sending passwords, financial account details or identity-document images with a general question about a role or SMS preference.
Your requests and message preferences
You may ask about access, correction or deletion by emailing abdi@gemavistallc.com. Enough context may be needed to locate the relevant information and protect against unauthorized requests. For an active SMS program, reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. These preferences do not prevent a separate company inquiry.
Information from younger visitors
These company and role-information pages are not directed to children under 13, and Gemavista LLC does not knowingly seek their personal information. A parent or guardian who believes such information was provided can contact abdi@gemavistallc.com so the situation can be considered and appropriate steps taken.
Changes explained in context
The policy may be revised as communication practices or applicable requirements change. Consult the version presented on this page before providing new information. A revision does not remove choices already available under applicable requirements. Direct questions about a change, its scope or your information to abdi@gemavistallc.com.
